MyColdInbox
One shared inbox for your whole team. Connect Gmail and Outlook, assign threads, and reply without collisions.

Client tells the story. Engineer shows the build.
Cold outreach works, and then the replies land, scattered across a dozen sending accounts that nobody can see together. MyColdInbox puts every connected inbox in one shared workspace, so your whole team reads, assigns, and answers every reply from one place, without two people replying to the same lead.
I designed, built, and shipped this on my own: the Rails app, the multi-provider sync engine, the real-time inbox, the mobile API, and the marketing site.
The problem
Teams running cold email, lead-gen, or recruiting spread sending across many mailboxes to protect deliverability. That works for sending, but it turns reply-handling into chaos: each account is a separate login, threads live in different providers (Gmail, Outlook, random SMTP hosts), and there's no shared view of who's handling what. Leads go cold because a reply sat unread in an inbox nobody was watching, or two people answered the same one.
This is the other half of the cold-email problem from inboxwarm: inboxwarm gets your mail into the recipient's inbox; MyColdInbox handles the flood of replies that comes back.
Architecture
You connect your mailboxes once (Gmail, Outlook, or any provider), and everything shows up in a single, live conversation list. Assign a thread to a teammate, leave an internal note, close it when it's done. It updates in real time, and there's a mobile app API so the same inbox works on a phone.
Outcome
Feature-complete through launch polish (multi-provider connect, live sync, assignment, notes, labels, search, signatures, and a mobile API), with a Next.js marketing site running an early-access waitlist. Deployed with Kamal.
